Is it Spring yet?

That weird time of year when it looks bright and sunny like Spring but the bitter winds and struggling temperature reminds you that it's still Winter.
Hat + gloves + scarf + sunglasses = standard attire.

When it's horrendously humid, I don't complain because I know what's coming.
The heat wave of 2015 reached 35°C - my train was delayed, I couldn't sleep but it was great
Snow is lovely to look at but the "snow" in these parts ... less Swiss Alps, more Slush Puppie.

Despite the weather, I do like this time of the year as it's almost Spring, meaning it's almost Summer, meaning it's almost warm!

The first sign of Spring - a lone daffodil.

  1. That one daffodil!

It is still so warm in Sydney (30 degrees) but it makes me a little sad that the sun is starting to set earlier and earlier.
